FAQ

  • Is UNICONTROL compatible with Trimble, Topcon & Leica base stations?

    Yes, your UNICONTROL machine system will work with all base stations.

    Most sites will use RTCM3.2 to ensure compatibility across all Machine Control Systems. However even if you run into a worst case scenario e.g Trimbles CMRx format is being used, you're OK, UNICONTROL is compatible with that too.


    UNICONTROL is also fully compatible with internet correction sources such as Smartnet, Allday RTK and Vrsnow.

  • What Data format does UNICONTROL use?

    UNICONTROL uses DXF & XML file formats. Most survey software is capable of producing these file types. The site surveyor should be able to provide these formats to you, however if necessary we can convert data from other formats for you.

  • How much Warranty do I get?

    UNICONTROL offer a 2 Year warranty on their hardware components, excluding cables. This can be upgraded to 5 years.

  • How hard is UNICONTROL to use?

    UNICONTROL is built to be SIMPLE.

    With our experience across all the major brands over the last 13 years we are convinced UNICONTROL is the SIMPLEST machine control system on the market.
